Regret and cancellation of the trip

As a starting point, there is no right of cancellation on the purchase of package holidays, cf. Section 18, subsection of the Consumer Contracts Act. 2, no. 1 and § 7 subsection 2 no. 5, which exempts passenger transport from the scope of the Consumer Contracts Act. However, we have chosen to offer that you can cancel, see the terms below.

The cancellation conditions for the trip depend on how close to the departure date the cancellation takes place. The earlier a trip is cancelled, the larger the refund amount. For cancellations closer to departure, Denworld Travel's cost savings will be lower, resulting in less or no refund. The customer is informed about cancellation fees when booking the trip.
